3. Payment Terms
All payments are invoiced directly to clients outside of this website. Projects may be billed as one-time services or ongoing retainers, depending on the agreement between AI Growmate and the client.
4. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If AI Growmate fails to deliver the agreed-upon specifications within the agreed timeline.
If the final deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications and AI Growmate is unable to remedy the issue after reasonable effort.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Guarantees & Limitations
We guarantee delivery of the agreed-upon specifications for each project. However, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, performance increases, or financial gains resulting from the implementation of our automation solutions.
You, as the client, are responsible for final testing, approval, and deployment of any automation provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, systems, and solutions developed by AI Growmate remain the property of AI Growmate until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights may be transferred as defined in the individual project agreement.
All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, and other media — is the intellectual property of AI Growmate and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
7. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Attempt to access data or services not intended for you
